This album packaging commemorates the 40th anniversary of Bruce Springsteen’s Nebraska, where Bruce famously departed from his usually upbeat rock and roll sound by releasing a haunting collection of songs. The centerpiece of the album release is the commemorative bandana, where beautiful imagery from the album is depicted on a item that represents rough, American Mid-west culture. Much like Springsteen's songwriting, the photographs on the record packaging draw interest to the mundane: a ramshackle garage door, a single piece of wheat.
