The restaurant takes its inspiration from the harborside city in Nova Scotia, a place where a sense of community is valued and the kindness of strangers is ubiquitous. Halifax focuses on mirroring these characteristics in its food and atmosphere. Halifax’s Atlantic shores inspired the minimal blue and white color palette, with a touch of barn red here and there.

The visual theme, the Halifax knot, made from interwoven blue lines, speaks to the core of the brand's identity, a yearning for unity and interconnectivity.
